This past year has been an exciting one at Lancaster EMS as we continue to grow in size and scope to meet the needs of our community. We operate 12 stations with more than 200 employees, providing primary 9-1-1 services to 19 municipalities encompassing over 275,000 Lancaster County residents.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we strive to be a resource for our community. While we are always ready to respond to the next emergency, we also offer services that focus on prevention, education, outreach, and care coordination. Our providers are working hard to close gaps in care, remove barriers to services, and meet people where they are every day.
2025 was a year filled with many successes. We moved into our new headquarters facility on Fairview Avenue, bringing a large group of staff members under one roof and enhancing efficiency. We found a new academic partner for our paramedic program, ensuring we can continue to educate future classes of medical professionals. Your generous contributions led to a record-breaking Extraordinary Give, providing lifesaving care for families, neighbors, and friends across the County.
Your support means everything to us. Thank you to all of the members, donors, and communities who continue to inspire our work. You make it all possible.
With gratitude,
C. Robert May
