Community Paramedic Program Representative

Lancaster EMS is currently recruiting a Full-time Community Paramedic Program Representative.

Ideal Community Paramedic candidates will possess strong assessment, communication and customer service skills, have an understanding of chronic disease management and available community resources, be self-motivated, demonstrate effective time management and the ability to work independently to complete all required tasks.

Wheelchair Van Attendant

Competitive Pay and Benefits!

We pay a starting wage of $18.50/hour for full-time Wheelchair Van Attendants.

Lancaster EMS is currently recruiting Wheelchair Van Attendants.

Wheelchair Van Attendants are responsible for the safe and professional transport of wheelchair bound, non-ambulatory individuals to and from physician offices, procedural appointments, outpatient centers or offices, and similar transportation requests. Attendants will also, on occasion, transport non-ambulatory individuals via wheelchair to scheduled appointments.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong customer service skills, a professional attitude, be flexible and self-motivated, utilize downtime efficiently, and provide a high quality experience in line with the Lancaster EMS mission and values.

Salary is $18.50/hour. Benefits include: Medical/dental/vision, 176 hours of paid time off, 401k with partial employer match, short and long-term disability, uniform allowance, educational opportunities, and EMT school scholarships.

To be considered, applicants must be over the age of 18, have a high school diploma or G.E.D., possess a valid PA driver's license, a clean driving record, and complete all applicable background clearances. One year of wheelchair van or para-transit experience is preferred.
