Shower Trailer Technician

Lancaster EMS is currently recruiting a part-time Shower Trailer Technician.

The Lancaster EMS Shower Trailer Technician will provide safe operations and transportation of Lancaster EMS Shower Trailer and towing vehicle. This includes setup, sanitation, transport, tear down of trailer and troubleshooting of equipment.

Qualifications:

In order to perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty in a satisfactory manner. The individual must also demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. We pay a starting wage of $20.00/hour for this part-time position.

Billing Office Supervisor

Lancaster EMS is currently recruiting a Billing Office Supervisor.

Our Billing Office Supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of the billing operation including, but not limited, billing, collections, reimbursement, credentialing, billing office staff education, and customer service. They take direction from, and make recommendations to, the Chief Financial Officer in carrying out the billing and collections functions and duties while ensuring full billing compliance. They will organize and orchestrate the billing department's staffing and workflow to ensure timely and consistent billing practices. They assist with and oversees personnel orientation, follow-up, staffing, performance evaluations, pay/ promotion recommendations, recruiting, interviewing, corrective actions, work assignments, and work practices for all billing and collections personnel. They will be responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the billing software program, process nonpayment explanations of benefits, payment denials, payment rejections, and appeals for payment.

Community Paramedic

Lancaster EMS is currently recruiting a Full-time Community Paramedic.

Full-Time Paratransit Attendant

Paratransit Attendants are responsible for the safe and professional transport of adult ambulatory individuals to and from physician offices, procedural appointments, outpatient centers or offices, and similar transportation requests within Lancaster County.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong customer service skills, a professional attitude, be flexible and self-motivated, utilize downtime efficiently, and provide a high quality experience in line with the Lancaster EMS mission and values.

To be considered, applicants must be over the age of 21, have a high school diploma or G.E.D., possess a valid PA driver's license, a clean driving record, and complete all applicable background clearances. 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

Wheelchair Van Attendants are responsible for the safe and professional transport of wheelchair bound, non-ambulatory individuals to and from physician offices, procedural appointments, outpatient centers or offices, and similar transportation requests. Attendants will also, on occasion, transport non-ambulatory individuals via wheelchair to scheduled appointments.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong customer service skills, a professional attitude, be flexible and self-motivated, utilize downtime efficiently, and provide a high quality experience in line with the Lancaster EMS mission and values.
