There are three EMS other agencies in the United States with similar names. If your medical emergency/transport did not occur in Pennsylvania, you may have a recieved a bill from a different agency:

Paying a Lancaster EMS bill online via this form requires payment via PayPal.

PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and several other payment services.

How can I pay without using PayPal?

You can pay your bill without PayPal in one of two ways: you can complete the stub at the bottom of your invoice or you can call the business office and give them the information over the phone.

What cards do you accept?

Currently we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER. This can be a credit card or a debit card.

What information will I have to give?

In order for us to process your payment we will need the card number, expiration date and the name on the front of the card.

Do you accept check by phone?

No, at this time we do not offer check by phone.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, our transitions are done on a secure line with the company that processes our transactions. We do not save the information once we process your card and have confirmed that the payment is posted.

Will I get a confirmation number?

No, we do not offer a confirmation number, but if you want a paid invoice sent to you just let us know and we will gladly send one after we process your payment.

Will I be notified if there is a problem with my payment?

Yes, if we cannot process your payment we will send out an invoice with a note indicating that we could not process your transaction and ask that you call the business office.

How are refunds handled if I over paid with my credit card?

If the over payment is identified shortly after the payment was posted, your credit card will be credited. If not a check will be issued to you.
